Leonie Britcher

Born and raised in rural Suffolk I relocated to Kent in 2013. I have spent over 15 years working in the fresh produce and farming industry. From corn carting in the UK, to completing retail compliance audits in China! In recent years I have worked completing UK retail audits on farm and in packhouses across the globe. I have an understanding of what it is like to face audits from the grower perspective and the auditor perspective. I understand the stress audits can often bring to growers, so I set up my business to help reduce those stress levels, leaving you with more time to focus on what you do best – growing!

What I do

Internal Audits

On site internal audits against Red Tractor Produce, Combinable Crops, LEAF, GRASP and Tesco Nuture standards. Helping you to find out what gaps need to be reviewed prior to your audit.

Audit preparation

Follow up support from the initial internal audits creating an audit management system which is tailored to your farm.

Audit day

Support on the audit day and assistance with closing off any audit Non-Conformances.

Rates

Bespoke support is tailored to each individual farm. Depending on whether you are already at audit level or looking to start from scratch to become certified. I offer day rates and hourly rates.
